This
page was designed on a computer (monitor) who's display resolution was
set to 800 pixels wide, by 600 pixels high (800 x 600). Since the Titanic
picture in the background of this page is 1024 pixels wide, you cannot
see the right side of the image, nor the bottom section. 
If you want to use this picture
you'd better re-size it in a graphic program, like I did the small one
above. (Do
not just drag and shrink the picture in a web authoring program; this
does NOT reduce memory size - only resizing or cropping in a graphics
program reduces the memory. The large Titanic picture in this background
is 56K. The resized 250 pixel wide picture above is only 15K).
